“Mr. Hoot” is made with a custom sculpted face form, feathered with individually laid gourd seeds, deconstructed pine cone segments, and trumpet vine seeds. His top hat is made from birch bark, corn husk, with a cured fig leaf, pine needle and dried Astilbe leaf, feather decoration. His monocle is made from Bago vine from the Philippines and a spiraled support vine from a Gahka gourd plant.
